Attention New Rules
(30 or 50 amp campsites) No stone firepits are necessary or allowed. Stones interfere with grading and maintainence if left on ground (no stones left behind!) Open fires are ok or steel firepits are ok. leave ashes, we will clean them up.
Stones are necessary for fires in primitive areas (woods, pasture, or anywhere wildfires are a threat) In areas we don't have to grade.
Everyone entering the park must read and fully understand ALL aspects of the park liability waiver (if you do not understand the waiver, an attendant will gladly read and explain it to you). All persons MUST agree to and sign the waiver prior to entering the park. Proof of identity IS required. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Persons under the age of 19 in the State of Alabama are considered minors by law. Anyone under the age of 19 MUST have a minor waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. The minor waiver MUST be SIGNED AND NOTORIZED prior to arrival if the parent/legal guardian is NOT present. Proof of identity is required for both the minor and parent/legal guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS!! (I brought my neighbor’s kid or this is my nephew and I will sign for them WILL NOT WORK!)
The waiver is valid through May 1 of each year and will be kept on file. When returning to the park for future visits, you must prove identification and present your waiver card. You will have a permanent number with the park files
Understand from this point forward, the park is released from ALL liability of damage or injury you may cause to yourself or others. You are enjoying our park activities at YOUR OWN RISK and are responsible for ANY injuries or damages!
You will receive a wrist band after admission is paid and liability forms are completed. The wrist band must be visible at all times during your stay. If you leave the property, you MUST present the wrist band to be eligible for re-entry. If you are found on the property without a wrist band, you will be escorted to the front office to pay/re-pay admission. If staff finds that you are trespassing, you will be banned from the park.
Passengers are not allowed on ATV’s not designed for two riders. Helmets and proper safety gear are required at all times while vehicle is in motion. We will have security riding throughout the property watching for persons breaking the rules. If you are caught breaking the rules or endangering others, you will be warned or dismissed from the park riding area. If any resistance is offered, law enforcement WILL be called. If you witness a rider posing a threat to themselves or others, report it to park officials IMMEADIATELY!
Speed limit signs are posted in the parking/pavilion area, campgrounds, and on main roadways. If caught speeding, you will be asked for your identification and warned of your violation. Habitual violators will be escorted out of the park and not allowed back in for 30 days.
Keep noise down in campground areas. ABSOLUTELY NO RIDING IN CAMPGROUNDS AFTER 11:00 PM! When returning to your camping area after 11:00 PM, keep music to a minimum and vehicle at an idle speed. (BE RESPECTFUL!)
The entire park is fenced. Do not cross or destroy fences/gates that are not open for trails. We are fortunate to have neighbors that do not complain about noise. BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR NEIGHBORS! DO NOT TRESPASS ON TO ADJOINING PROPERTIES! Maps are available; please take one upon check in to help you know/find your location in case of an emergency.
NO THREEWHEELERS!!
NO FIREARMS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY!!
NO CHAINSAWS USED TO GATHER FIREWOOD! (You may pick up dead wood.)
NO DRUGS ON ANY PART OF OUR PROPERTY!! (If you are found in use or possession of drugs, you will be removed and PERMENANTLY banned from the property.)
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED!! Plastic bottles or aluminum cans ONLY!
Loud public profanity will NOT be tolerated, especially in the presence of children!
Before entering the Cool Pool, be sure there is absolutely no mud on your clothes or body, this is NOT a bathtub! Mud will destroy the beautiful color and purity of the spring water. Wash off with a hose prior to entering. Change out of your muddy clothes and into your swimming attire!
Fireworks are not to be used anywhere on the property! During special event weekends fireworks may be displayed by PARK PERSONNEL. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Other rules are posted throughout the park. Please read and abide by them, they are for YOUR safety!
RIDE SAFE!! USE CAUTION!! CONSIDER OTHERS!! Too many accidents could result in the park being closed forever. Please help to preserve this place for all of us and even for our future children to enjoy!
